Proceeds from the Charity Kids’ Race & Donations from the Organising Committee and Runners

Running for Charity has never been more popular around the world, with participants raising thousands of euros with every event.

At the TUI Cyprus Marathon, giving back is at the heart of everything we do. Over the years, we have been proud to support several meaningful causes and turn our event into a real force for good.

In 2024, we organised a Charity Kids’ Race and donated the proceeds directly to the Cyprus Autistic Association. That same year, we began our partnership with 100,000 Trees for Pafos, a cause close to our hearts and our course. In both 2024 and 2025, we planted trees in Kouklia village, a community that runners pass through on race day, helping to restore the natural landscape of the region.

In 2026, we took on a new challenge and raised funds to purchase a racing wheelchair, enabling people with disabilities to participate in running events and experience the joy of our sport firsthand.

Our marathon is also a powerful platform for charities to reach their supporters. St Michael’s Hospice is a wonderful example, having raised thousands of euros through our event over the past few years and they are just one of many organisations that have used the marathon to make a difference.

For 2027, we look forward to continuing this journey and creating even more opportunities for runners, charities, and communities to come together for causes that matter.
